- Provide our main services as wedding planning agency, incl. but not only prepare everything needed and booked for the wedding day.
- to contact you and respond to your inquiries or other correspondence.
All personal data that you voluntarily provide to us using our online contact forms will be used to evaluate and optimize our activity and serives.
Who we share your information with
PPW uses third parties to support certain contract activities or when performing a legal obligation. We do not provide your personal data to third parties before we are sure that all technical and organizational measures have been taken to protect this data by striving to carry out strict controls to meet this goal.
Some of the recipients of personal data may be:
– cloud storage companies, external consultants and specialists, companies offering software development, accounting and law firms, individuals who, by assignment, maintain equipment, software and hardware used for the processing of personal data by PPW, hosting companies and commercial agents, etc.

We do not use automated algorithms and methods while processing your personal data.
PPW takes steps to protect your personal data from accidental loss and unauthorized access, use, modification or disclosure. There are policies and procedures designed to protect information from loss, misuse and unauthorized disclosure. In addition, we take additional information security measures, including access control, strict physical protection and reliable practices for collecting, storing and processing information.
On the other hand, we apply technical measures such as encryption, pseudonymisation and anonymization of collected personal data.
When do we delete your personal information
We retain all the information we have collected for you within nor more than 5 years of providing the service/concluding the contract or within the prescribed time limits in the applicable law.
We may store your personal data until the final settlement of all financial relations as well as judicial and administrative proceedings.
Your data may also be anonymised, ie the link between the data and you will be deleted. Anonymisation is an alternative to data deletion. Anonymized data is not legally obligatory for deletion because it does not constitute personal data.

At any time, you can ask us to provide you with information about the personal data that is collected and stored for you. You may also require PPW to correct, delete or update such personal data. PPW also ensures your right to object and limit the processing of personal data.
You may at any time withdraw your consent to collection, storage and use of your personal data of PPW for marketing activities. However, the withdrawal will not affect the legally processed data until the withdrawal.
