Small weddings, big impact
I specialize in organizing celebrations focused on you and your loved ones. No having to invite your third cousin or your parents’ neighbor – just a tight-knit group of up to 60.
Elopements
Typically 2-12 people: The simplest form of wedding. Heartfelt, emotional, sincere – and what an amazing surprise for everyone back home!
Micro weddings
Typically 20-60 people: The ideal choice if you want a wedding with traditional elements but a scaled-down guest list, so you’re celebrating with just your nearest and dearest.
Intimate weddings
Typically 15-40 people: Tucked away in a private venue, this is a beautiful opportunity to focus on your relationship alongside your closest friends and family.
Vow renewals
Typically 2-8 people: Whether it’s marking a significant anniversary or you simply feel the time is right to reaffirm your original promise, Italy is a stunning backdrop for vow renewals.

Location, location, location
I can plan weddings anywhere in Italy, using my extensive and unbiased knowledge, but here are some of the most popular places.
Lake Como
It’s a classic for a reason. Elegant villas and hotels with scenic lake backdrops: what more could you need for a quintessential Italian wedding?
Amalfi Coast
Picturesque towns perch atop rugged cliffs, with the sparkling Mediterranean below and the scent of lemons in the air. Here’s a secret: if I was getting married, this is where I’d choose!
Tuscany
This picturesque region of Italy offers history, art, green hills, cobbled streets, and ancient castles, all topped off with a glass or two of Chianti. Salute!
Venice
Rightly up there in any list of the most romantic cities ever, Venice’s famed canals, winding streets, and Gothic architecture provide a beautiful backdrop for your special day.

Got a date?
You may already have your date, or it might be you’d like my help to choose one. Here are some factors to help decide when to say I do.
Weather
This an important consideration, especially if you definitely want an outdoor ceremony or want to avoid extreme heat. May to June and September to October are usually good options.
Budget
If you’re flexible on dates but have a strict budget, a wedding outside the main wedding season (May to October) will help your budget and give you more choice for venues and vendors.
Tourists
Peak tourism season in Italy is summer, plus Easter, Christmas and New Year. If you can hold your wedding outside of these times you’ll benefit from fewer crowds and reduced costs.
Guest list
If you’d like lots of family and friends to be at your wedding, choose a date in the off-peak tourism season. Lower travel and accommodation costs will make it easier for guests to join you.
Italian wedding ceremonies
There are three main types of wedding in Italy. Whichever you choose, I’m on hand to guide you through the whole process, including any legal documents and translations needed.
Civil
A legally binding ceremony with no religious elements, performed in a licensed venue or town hall. It's conducted in Italian, but I’ll sort out an interpreter so you know what you’re saying!
Religious
In Italy a religious ceremony is performed in a Catholic church by a priest, and it also includes a section of the civil ceremony. At least one of you must be Catholic to have this type of ceremony.
Symbolic
No paperwork required — just a celebration of your love. Perfect if you want to get legally married at home and then celebrate in Italy with a unique and highly personalized ceremony.
Kind words from my couples
"Eleonora picked out the perfect photographer, hair & make up artist, and the best hotel in the world. Thank you for making my dream wedding a reality."
"Our wedding was perfect, from the decor and flowers, to the cake and ceremony itself. Eleonora created a fairytale wedding and made our day memorable!"
"All of the finer details and logistics were handled for us so we could focus on the important stuff — our love for each other and spending time with our friends and family."
FAQs
I want to get married in a few months’ time. Is this enough time to plan?
Absolutely! Unlike many other Italian wedding planners, I’m very happy to organize last-minute celebrations. Sometimes you’ve just got to be spontaneous, and I’m here for that.
What sets you apart from other Italian wedding planners?
My couples always say they appreciate that I’m very responsive to messages – I’m always on hand to answer their questions. They also love the quality of the vendors I pick for them. My fixed-price wedding packages mean you know upfront exactly how much you’re paying, with no unexpected costs. All you’ll have left to do is choose your outfits and book your flights!
How do you work with Peach Perfect Weddings?
The set-up of Peach Perfect Weddings is unique: you get me as your on-the-ground planner from beginning to end, backed up with the set-up of an experienced European wedding planning agency. This means I can focus on planning your wedding in Italy, while Peach Perfect Weddings takes care of contracts, vendor payments, and other admin tasks.
Do I need to hire a wedding stylist or decorator?
My couples usually opt for floral decorations at their venue, but you won’t need to hire a specific wedding stylist or decorator – Italian venues are so pretty already!
The person behind the planner
Home is the northern Italian city of Turin, where I live with my cute rescue dog Gaia. I love having the chance to travel in my home country while helping couples on their amazing adventure!
Favorite part of Italy for weddings?
Amalfi Coast — the combination of stunning villas overlooking the sea makes it the perfect spot.
Most memorable wedding?
A simple Tuscan elopement, which was my third-ever wedding. The couple was so happy and it gave me so much confidence that yes, I can plan great weddings!
Best part of being a wedding planner?
Getting to see my home country through a couple’s eyes. Oh, and organizing every little detail — this is paradise for me!
Favorite place to work?
At home with Gaia. She’s my little office buddy and may say hi when we’re on a video call.
Hobbies and interests?
Travel! I get itchy feet if I stay home longer than a month. I also adore vintage shopping, curling up with a fashion magazine, and watching Mad Men.
Fiction or non-fiction?
Non-fiction all the way — I enjoy reading psychology and self-help books.
The ultimate Italian question... pizza or pasta?
While pizza once a week is a non-negotiable (and a classic margherita every time), pasta has my heart. Cacio e pepe, seafood, pesto – I love it all!
