About this venue

Highlights

This elopement villa is one of the old Catalan manor houses in Barcelona, preserved carefully and maintained thoroughly to retain its historic vibe whilst giving modern comforts to all its guests.

Just a little background about Catalan manor houses. They were built in the Spanish medieval times for noble families so they can monitor their wide estates in the comfort of their residential properties. Having said that, expect this manor house in Barcelona to be spacious from the inside out. Whether you’re having an indoor or an outdoor wedding, an elopement in Spain or an intimate wedding with a select group of friends, the space will be more than enough for what you need.

Location

Getting married in this manor house guarantees breathtaking views of the Spanish natural environment as the whole venue is set high on a hillside in the Penedes wine region. From the infinity pool and the venue’s terraces, you can see huge tracts of vineyards as far as the eye can see.

The Garraf National Park and a long mountain range surrounds the venue as well, giving guests a relaxing view of the forests and rolling hills. It’s also worth noting that the manor house is ideally located near the beautiful beaches of Sitges (just a 10-minute drive), where you can set your foot on the 4-kilometer sandy shore and enjoy the nightlife when the sun sets.

Aside from enjoying the national park and beaches, visiting the city center of Barcelona is a must if you’re getting married in this manor house. In just 30 minutes, you’ll reach Spain’s most cosmopolitan city with its unparalleled Gaudi architecture and exhilarating nightlife. This venue’s location is perfect for exploring more of Spain for your destination wedding and honeymoon.

Ceremony

As for your wedding ceremony, recite your vows with just the two of you and your officiant in a magical spot right at the middle of over 340 acres of vineyards, olive groves, and fruit trees. There’s also an outdoor patio for a sun-basked summer wedding where you can bring up to 120 friends and family. A marquee can be set up outdoors for a rain-free celebration. For a more intimate event for 10-20 persons, you can use the outdoor lounge overlooking the scenic views of the estate.

You can also have an amazing indoor ceremony in one of the manor house’s banquet halls that can seat up to 75 persons. If you’re bringing a small group or no guests at all, the room can be arranged for an intimate ceremony.

Reception

Right after the wedding, your guests can relax at the tree house and two viewing platforms where snacks and pre-dinner drinks can be served. If you prefer that your guests enjoy the views of nature whilst basking in the sun, you can have the outdoor Moroccan lounge for the cocktail area.

The outdoor patio that seats up to 120 in a banquet style is the biggest area for the wedding reception, but it’s still best to arrange the room for small weddings of up to 60 persons so that the guests can have a spacious area for the party. Just like most weddings in Spain, you can party until the morning, thanks to the no time restriction policy of the manor house.

Facilities

While you and your guests stay at the venue for a few days, you can enjoy the 20-meter infinity pool in full view of the surrounding vineyards, nature park, and mountains. The kids, on the other hand, can have fun at the dedicated children’s pool, and those who are not fans of swimming can simply enjoy the view while chit chatting at the venue’s Moroccan chill out lounge.

The manor house is also equipped with a modern home cinema, a snooker and billiard room, table tennis, and trampoline for added entertainment. Last, but not the least, is the jacuzzi, hot tub, and sauna facilities that the newly weds can enjoy right after their big day.

As you can see, there are so many things to love about this destination wedding venue in Spain. If you can envision getting married here, you can get in touch with our Spanish wedding planner.

Accommodation

Most of our couples request a one-place-for-all kind of venue, and this Spanish manor house is one of them. Aside from the ceremony and reception areas, the venue can sleep a total of 33 persons, making it a perfect all-in-one-venue for intimate weddings. The main house can sleep 16 to 28 persons, plus the adjoining cottage can accommodate 4 to 5 more guests. Right after the night-long party, you and your guests just need to walk to the rooms to cap the night.
