Patricia exceeded all of our expectations helping us with every little detail of our big day. We are located in the U.S. so she met with us via zoom to gather all of our preferences and stayed in contact often via their website and email. She communicated with and booked all of our vendors for us (giving us options before making the final selection) and even assisted with our travel plans. The day of the wedding Patricia, her team, and all of our vendors went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. I cannot express how lucky we are to have had Patricia through this entire adventure! She made us feel like family and we were so sad to say goodbye to her at the end of it all. Planning a destination wedding from across the ocean
Coordinating a wedding from thousands of miles away could have felt overwhelming, but working with Patricia, our wedding planner in Portugal, transformed the entire experience into something genuinely enjoyable. Through Zoom calls and regular email updates, Patricia gathered every detail of Danielle and Michael's vision, then brought it to life with the care and attention you'd expect from family, not just a vendor.
She presented vendor options tailored to their style, handled all the bookings and communications, and even assisted with travel arrangements for the couple and their almost 50 guests. For their ceremony, the couple chose the castle's terrace — a breathtaking space suspended above the ocean with panoramic views of the Estoril coastline.
