We worked directly with their planner, Patricia, for our destination wedding at Forte da Cruz in Estoril, Portugal. Patricia exceeded all of our expectations helping us with every little detail of our big day. We are located in the U.S. so she met with us via zoom to gather all of our preferences and stayed in contact often via their website and email. She communicated with and booked all of our vendors for us (giving us options before making the final selection) and even assisted with our travel plans. The day of the wedding Patricia, her team, and all of our vendors went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. I cannot express how lucky we are to have had Patricia through this entire adventure! She made us feel like family and we were so sad to say goodbye to her at the end of it all.
