We have planned many weddings in this magical Italian villa, and every couple who got married said it was one of the best and most unforgettable days of their lives. That did not surprise us because this venue is enveloped in an enchanting and magical atmosphere, as if you’re transported to dreamland the moment you enter. Sitting at the banks of Lake Como in a world-renowned town called Laglio, this 19th-century villa is ready to make your dream destination wedding in Italy come true.
Location
From its vineyards, olive groves, and clear and tranquil lake to its elegant villas, Laglio is a paradise where romance and happiness thrive and stress automatically fades away. It’s famous for being home to George Clooney’s villa and for being frequented by celebrities throughout the decades. It’s a tiny village with picturesque scenes everywhere and timeless residences here and there. This wedding villa at the heart of Laglio is an oasis of love where you can enjoy the village's best features at your fingertips.
Ceremony
The best way to tie the knot in the villa is by having an outdoor wedding overlooking the lake. There are plenty of spaces that are suitable for this kind of celebration, from terraces for intimate weddings to gazebos for elopements for two. The terraces offer the best views of Lake Como, and it’s our couples’ favorite spot to say I do with their dearest family and friends. The gazebo is a romantic An elegant main room with ancient decor and interiors for indoor ceremonies is equipped with modern amenities for a high-end celebration. You can have a civil wedding here if you prefer a legally-binding ceremony, but you can also have a symbolic ceremony to do away with all the paperwork. The villa can be rented exclusively for your big day, but it’s not required if you bring a small group with 30 or fewer people.
Reception
After exchanging vows, celebrate with your loved ones at the laid-back dining areas of the villa. The terraces are available for your wedding dinner, lending a view of Lake Como. The pool pergola is an excellent place for chit-chat and dinner if you’re having an intimate wedding with just 30 people in total, whilst the cellar is perfect for smaller groups of only 16 persons and below. On the other hand, the gazebo is the most suitable dining area for elopements, with a capacity for only six people and a romantic ambiance under crawling greenery. You can also book a table for two or more at the villa’s restaurant if you enjoy dining with other guests. The restaurant has indoor and outdoor dining options for you.
Accommodation
Complete your lakeside villa experience by spending your honeymoon in the venue for more days after your wedding. The villa can accommodate your small group in its wide range of suites and rooms. Expect nothing less than elegance and luxury from the villa’s rooms, which are all uniquely decorated and equipped with features for maximum comfort.
