The price of your Peach Perfect Package covers some preferences, such as choice of flowers or music. Submit an enquiry and ask your planner what is possible, as it depends on region, vendors etc.

You can add services to your package up to a certain point. Your planner will calculate the new total price of your package, before you commit to anything.
โœ๏ธ Changing services
Changes to services (e.g. more bouquets or longer photography coverage) will also change the package price. Your planner will always tell you how much the change will cost, before you commit to anything.
โญ Special requests
While we will always try to accommodate your wishes as part of the package, some special requests will incur an extra charge. For example, you want an out-of-season flower in your bouquet, or you want the musician to learn a song outside their repertoire.

* Please note: while the initial 5% deposit is only used to reserve your date with us, how the other payments will be used will depend on the season, venue, type of vendors etc.
Cancellations & Refunds
If you decide to cancel your booking or cannot attend your event due to any reason that is outside our control, any payments you have already made become non-refundable. However, under certain circumstances we may refund part of the unspent and/or recoverable costs - where such are available. The availability and amount of such a refund cannot be guaranteed and remains fully at our discretion.
Postponements
If you need to postpone for any reason, you can push back your celebration by up to 12 months from the original date without any extra charges from us. This is only possible as long as your new date is mutually suitable for all parties involved (i.e. your venue, wedding planner and vendors).
Pricing FAQ
When do I have to pay the deposit?

Before we ask you to pay anything, our planners will work in good faith to tailor your Peach Perfect Package, provide you with cost estimates for extra items, and help you find your venue. Once youโ€™ve chosen the venue and are ready to secure a date, we will ask you to sign a contract and pay your first instalment. (On average it takes our couples 1-3 months from enquiring to signing the contract with us, but we will never pressure you to book before you are ready.)

Will you start planning as soon as I pay the deposit?

Not necessarily. Depending on how many months in advance you book (pay the deposit), it could be too soon to start planning your wedding. Your planner will know the best timing to secure the venue (usually sooner than everything else), start booking vendors etc.

When do I have to pay for the venue?

It depends on the venue, the destination, the season, number of guests and more. Your planner will advise you when you have to pay the venue deposit to secure it.

How much will I pay in total for my wedding?

We can't tell you that. We can give you a fixed price for our Peach Perfect Packages, which can include all the essential services for your wedding, such as celebrant, photographer, flowers and many others. On top of that, your wedding planner will get you quotes for the venue and other items, which can only be quoted on enquiry, such as catering. Also, there are things that couples consider as part of their wedding expenses, that we don't cover at all (e.g. flight tickets, rings). So ultimately, we cannot give you an exact figure for the entire cost of your wedding, but we do tell you exactly how much our packages cost and will do our best to quote the venue and eventually some other extra services, which should give you a pretty good idea for how much you have to budget for.

Do your prices include taxes?

Yes, all prices we give you already include the VAT where it's due (the equivalent of the sales taxes in the USA).

Can I see a price breakdown?

No. Our packages are always calculated as a whole using a formula we've been refining over the years, which allows us to give couples a fixed price upfront, whilst at the same time ensure that we can source high-quality vendors and pay our planners fairly, considering the effort and responsibility that goes into organising a wedding. Couples who want an 'ร  la carte' wedding, with full control over the cost of each item, might be better served by a planner who specialises in fully bespoke weddings.

Do I pay my wedding planner separately?

No. You will get a personal wedding planner as part of your Peach Perfect Package, who will organise your big day from start to finish.

Are there any extra agency fees?

No. All our agency / admin fees are included in your Peach Perfect Package.

Are gratuities / tips included?

No. It can vary from country to country, but in Europe, tipping is generally not expected. Although, like in most places, it will be much appreciated. In short, don't worry about it - but if you wish to tip your vendors, you can also ask your planner for advice.

What payment methods do you accept?

At present, we only accept payments by direct bank transfer (international wire transfer). Credit/Debit Cards, PayPal or Cheques are not accepted. Whilst we can only accept payment in EUR, we also understand that the majority of our clients operate in other currencies. For this reason, when converting currency, we highly recommend skipping the high transfer fees levied by the banks and using a reputable third party international money transfer service such as Wise (formerly Transferwise).

Will I get an invoice / receipt?

Yes, for each payment (instalment), we will send you a proper invoice and then, once we receive the money into our bank account, you will get a receipt to confirm that we've got it.

Who will I be actually paying?

To pay for your Peach Perfect Package, you will transfer money to our business, Peach Perfect Limited, which is registered in the Republic of Ireland under Company Registration Number 686334. Most couples will also have to pay the venue (and maybe some vendors) directly. In this case, your planner will help you with that by collecting and forwarding you the venue/vendor's invoice and their payment information.

What if I can't pay on time?

There is a grace period during which the planning will proceed normally. At some point, we won't be able to secure any more vendors for you and will pause planning your wedding. Once you've paid the overdue amounts, your planner will try to make up for the lost time and reserve the vendors, but might need to look for alternatives in case their go-to vendors are no longer available.

Can I get a refund?

Genenally, no. All payments you make to us are non-refundable. In some cases, where possible, we will try to recover some of the funds, but it cannot be guaranteed and is done fully at our discretion. Refunds from the venue (and some vendors you might be paying directly) are subject to their own terms.

What happens if I cancel or can't attend my event?

We will first discuss whether a postponement might be a better option for you. If it's not possible, we will notify all vendors, but unfortunately there won't be much more we can do, as all your payments to us are final. Naturally, you won't have to pay the remaining instalments.
