Step 1: The best way to contact us is by sending an enquiry or setting up a free consultation call with your dedicated French wedding planner. This way you can let us know how you envision your wedding in France and what your requests are in terms of date, group size and type of ceremony.
Step 2: Choose the wedding location of your dreams in France and pick the services that you want to include in our package.
Step 3: Should you wish to work with us for your wedding, we will send you our booking agreement and ask you to secure our availability with a deposit (min. €1,000 or 25% of the total package, whichever of the two is higher). After receiving your deposit, we will secure the vendors for your wedding.
Step 4: In case you’ve chosen to have a symbolic ceremony in France, we will put you in contact with your celebrant. You will schedule a call together to discuss about your ceremony and to get to know each other. Your bespoke ceremony will then be written by him (or her) following the wording of your choice.
Step 5: In our ‘Next Steps’ guideline (which we will send you as soon as we receive your deposit) it’s easily explained how you can show us what is your taste for flowers, music and cake and the styling in general.
Step 6: Around two weeks before your big day, we will double-check every small detail with the wedding vendors and will send you a detailed timeline for the day, together with all the contact details that you’ll need.
Step 7: On your wedding day, do not worry about anything. Enjoy your celebrations and the romance of the moment! If need us for anything, we will be available anytime to help you.
