# Whimsical garden wedding in full bloom at an Alenquer palace

Early summer in an ivy-covered Alenquer palace is where our couple Sasha & Charles chose to exchange their vows.

## Story

Sasha and Charles tied the knot in mid-May in the heart of Portugal’s Alenquer countryside, just outside Lisbon. They wanted an outdoor wedding in a place surrounded by nature and a touch of history. On the day of the wedding, the weather was perfect - sunlight bathed the grounds in a warm glow, complementing the beauty of the venue. The garden of the villa where they had an [intimate wedding in Portugal](/small-wedding-in-portugal) was in full bloom. Ivy climbed gracefully up the palace walls, adding a whimsical charm to their fairytale celebration.

Perfect venue, amazing weather, and their loved ones surrounding them with joy and warmth. Sasha and Charles could not ask for more.
